My Supply Chain Journey Begins
Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Eddy Suryadi, and I’m a Supply Chain Management professional with a passion for simplifying processes, driving innovation, and fostering strong, collaborative teams. My career has been defined by a commitment to operational excellence and strategic growth.
Hands-On Experience
Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to gain extensive experience in various supply chain roles. This includes hands-on management of procurement, vendor relationships, logistics, inventory, and warehouse operations. I’ve consistently contributed to significant process improvements and implemented solutions that help organizations operate more efficiently and effectively.
Leveraging Technology
I’ve worked extensively with various ERP systems, including JDE Edwards, Oracle, Scala, GIM, AMT, Pronto, and Slim4. These platforms have been instrumental in enhancing process visibility and decision-making across complex operations. Beyond standard systems, I’ve also developed custom tools like digital dashboards for inventory tracking, aiming to simplify intricate supply chain data and make it more accessible for strategic insights.
From Corporate to Consulting
Beyond my corporate career, I also pursued my dream of becoming a Business Development Consultant. For about three years, I successfully built my portfolio in this field, working on various projects and helping businesses grow. This period broadened my perspective significantly, equipping me with diverse strategies for market expansion and client engagement.
Back to My Core Passion
While the consulting experience was invaluable, I have now returned to my core career path in the corporate world. Here, I continue to apply my deep expertise in supply chain management to drive meaningful impact and operational excellence.
